So this wee statement just tells you how Acts of Random Kindness Ltd. (Ark°) uses the information you give us when you’re on the site. Its all pretty boring stuff but it needs to be written so here we go…

Ark can assure you that any info you give us that can identify you will only be used in accordance to this statement.

I may have to change this policy thing from time to time so you should keep an eye on it to make sure you’re sweet with everything in it or anything changed. This policy is effective from November 15th 2008.

• We use it for internal record keeping.
• We may use it to improve the products or services.
• We may send out the occasional offer or voucher to the contact details you’ve sent us. I’ll only send nice things… don’t worry… no junk mail, I hate that stuff.
• We might contact you on the rare occasion we fancy doing some market research. That’ll be fun though so look forward to that.
• We may use your information to change the website about to suit your preferences.

Security…

Don’t worry. All your information is safe. I’ve put in place physical, electronic AND managerial procedures to protect your info. It ain't going no-where!

… so there it is. Glad I didn’t have to make that one up. But yeah, that’s all true. Cookies are good things and we’ll use them for the good of mankind.
