Tell us : who you are, where your from, why you are returning it and when you're posting it.
We'll then give you a return address to send it to.

Note: You can only return a shirt if it still has its tags etc intact and hasn't been worn.

Do I not need a reason to return it?

Nope.

How do refunds work?

Once the item is returned your payment will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving it to the original card the payment came from... Easy.
We will EVEN refund the postage charge. So you are losing out on very little really.

Can I track my parcel?

No, sorry. Because you are getting such a subsidised postage charge, we have no money left to pay for the expensive option of tracking.

What if my item(s) don't come?

No need to panic. Just email us @ - imconfused@ArkHQ.com

Let us know the problem. If the parcel has been lost or something rare like that, we'll send a brand new one or substitute... completely free.

Exchanges

Need a size swap, colour swap, any swap?

No problem. It's easy as 1,2, 3.

1. Email us to tell us what you're up to - returns@ArkHQ.com

2. Write a quick note explaining what you need in exchange and put it in the package along with the tee's you're exchanging

3. Ask the nice lady at the post office for a pre-paid envelope (that your new tee will fit into!) with which we can put your replacement item(s) into. Don't forget to write your address on the envelope so it get's back to you safely.

Okay I lied, it's as easy as 1, 2, 3... and 4. 

4. Post the package (with your prepaid envelope inside) to the return address we provide you with in the email.
